The heat detection frequency of Guangxi rotary kiln quicklime follows the core principle of "testing by furnace/shift at the production end and by batch at the circulation end", balancing quality stability and detection efficiency, and adapting to the characteristics of local raw materials (high calcium limestone) and continuous production of rotary kilns in Guangxi.
The specific frequency can be divided according to the scenario, which is more in line with the actual production and trade needs:
Production end (kiln factory): During continuous production, check once per furnace or every 8 hours (1 production shift); If there are process changes such as replacement of raw materials (limestone mining sites) or adjustment of kiln temperature, additional testing should be conducted 1-2 times to avoid a sudden drop in calorific value due to undercooking.
Circulation end (trade/purchaser): Conduct testing based on the arrival batch, with at least one test per batch; If the quantity of a single batch of goods exceeds 500 tons, it is recommended to randomly select 2-3 points for combined testing to ensure coverage of the entire vehicle/ship cargo and avoid local quality deviations.
Application end (such as sugar factories and breeding plants): Long term fixed procurement of products from the same kiln factory can be sampled once every 2-3 batches; If the supplier is changed, the first three batches need to be tested batch by batch to confirm that the calorific value is stable before adjusting the frequency.
